I'm a European chef offering an "in house" gourmet, fine dining service.

I was trained in Belgium and have the experience of cooking for 12 years in one of Costa Rica's most renowned restaurants. So the food I prepare is a fusion of the recipes from the classic gourmet cuisine with a tropical touch, but I cater to whatever taste. Only fresh quality ingredients are used and I pay attention to dietary concerns.
